The changes I have seen during my career boggle the mind, from heat sensitive printouts that turned black in sunlight, to the cloud, to hand-held devices which require no printing. Each change means learning something new. What has not changed is the need to relate to buyers and sellers in a way that meets their needs. Despite my longevity, I have kept up with the many changes affecting our industry, the most exciting of which has been the use of the internet as a real estate tool. The internet coupled with amazing technological advances has literally placed the national real estate inventory in the hands of the public. It is the "people" aspect of real estate that makes my career worthwhile. The happiness on the faces of first-time buyers at closing, the relief of an elderly client who can now go into a retirement community, the excitement of the child who will now have his or her own bedroom. these moments keep me in the business. Along the way, I've earned a Broker's license, a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, served as Vice President and as a Director of the local Board of Realtors, and was named Salesperson of the Year (1996). My production has been recognized numerous times, both by the Association and by my ERA office.I am looking forward to working with you.
